Chocolate Terrazzo Tile
This tutorial is inspired by the trending Terrazzo tile pattern on the cakes. This simple terrazzo chocolate tile can be used as cake toppers or décor to elevate the cake design in a simple way.

She has a diploma in international baking and patisserie. She started her second innings and chose to be a Home Baker. Its been only an year since she started her new venture “Baked with Love”. “Use local and seasonal flavours, make homemade fillings wherever possible and enjoy the whole process” is her mantra.
Tools/Ingredients Required
- White chocolate
- Oil candy colours- Red, Green
- Circle rings
Chocolate Terrazzo
Step 1
Mix the oil colours with melted white chocolate
Step 2
Pour on a parchment paper and allow to set in a chiller.
Step 3
Once set, Chop them into random pieces.
Step 4
Place the chopped pieces into a ring.
Step 5
Pour melted and cooled white chocolate on top of the set pieces and tap the tray, so the chocolate spreads evenly at the bottom.
Step 6
Allow to cool in a chiller and unmould from the ring.
